Timing controls

A delay before showing and a minimum visible duration, so fast operations never flash a dialog at the user.

Rotation-safe

State is retained across configuration changes — the dialog does not vanish or double up when the device rotates.

Theme-adaptive

Follows the system dark/light mode and adopts the host app's theme colors rather than shipping its own palette.
